Deciding to seek therapy can be difficult and takes courage. My therapeutic style is one of warmth, validation, and acceptance as we work together to foster growth and healing in your life. I look forward to meeting you!
I am a licensed professional counselor in Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a second master’s degree in School Counseling. I am certified as a Professional Counselor with the National Board for Certified Counselors and have over a decade of experience providing counseling services to individuals and families in diverse cultural and healthcare settings. My background and expertise include working with individuals who are experiencing Anxiety, Stress, Depression, and Trauma. I am a warm and empathetic therapist who believes in meeting clients where they are. I utilize an integrative approach with evidence-based therapy modalities based on individual needs and strengths. A few of the treatment modalities I may draw upon are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-informed approaches such as TF-CBT. I believe each person is unique, and deserving of a safe, welcoming space to share their experiences and process their feelings.
